Urenco is seeking someone to fill this role within its IT team based in Urenco head office. Reporting to the Head of Digital Workplace, the Product Owner will assist in the development and delivery of a Digital workplace (DWP) strategy which enables individuals and teams to work more productively and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Development of a product roadmap that outlines the vision and direction for the product/application offering over time.

Maximising the value and development of the product(s)/applications at Urenco.

Building relationships with our vendors and suppliers to help ensure that the latest technology and innovations that the strategy identifies can be smoothly transitioned into the business with outstanding user adoption statistics.

Support the Head of Digital Workplace with demand and issue resolution within Urenco.

Support in the ongoing development and adoption of the Urenco M365 environment across the Urenco estate.

Own the Windows 10 Annual Release with the aim to refine the process year on year creating the most streamlined mechanism for delivery.

Essential Criteria:

An experienced IT Product Owner

Proven experience in developing product roadmaps (ideally within digitalising workplace)

Previous experience delivering new workplace technologies i.e.: M365, windows 11

Experienced in working with technical and cross-functional teams

Strong influencing skills to achieve alignment up, down and across the organisation

Ability to map complex cross function business processes challenging complexity where necessary.

Expert in maximising product/applications

Experienced in third party/vendor management

Regulated sector background (Financial, government etc)

Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills

Strong ITIL knowledge ( V3 or later)

(Successful candidates will be required to undergo BPSS security checks before starting)
