Our client is currently on the search for a highly Skilled and experienced Production / Bodyshop Manager to join their fantastic team in High Wycombe.

What we are offering:

* Full Time / Permanent

* Mon – Friday

* Starting at £45,000

* Fantastic Bonuses available

Responsibilities include:

* This role will include travelling between 2 sites (Wimbledon & Beckenham)

* To manage the activities of staff members to achieve targets, plans and budgets

* To identify and improve customer service levels

* To have thorough knowledge of the complete product range including new technologies

* To establish and maintain excellent working relationships with our manufacturing partners, insurance companies and accident management company

* To provide reports on all activities with weekly forecasting & annual budgets

* To manage accounts in Cutol including GP KPI’s and accurate cost control using DRIVE

* To implement cash debt and WIP policies

* To create effective marketing campaigns & keep DRIVE updated

* To ensure every estimate and all paint stocks are controlled and margins are maximised

What we're looking for:

* You must have experience managing in a Bodyshop Centre

* You must have knowledge of the body repair processes and safety procedure required for vehicles

* You will have proven leadership & managerial skills

* You will have strong business acumen with the ability to monitor the production process

* You will have good administration and IT skills

* You will have a full and valid UK Driving Licence
