The Security Industry is facing a skills shortage, recent changes to licencing qualification making it more difficult for some existing officers to retain their licences.

We are therefore expanding our team and have an exciting opportunity to join our progressive Learning and Development department as a Skills Development Trainer.

You will be training our people joining the industry and Securitas in the skills they need to obtain a licence in both virtual (via MS Teams) and physical classrooms.

If you are a qualified and experienced trainer, we will support you to gain the skills you require to deliver these courses. Our team is helpful and friendly and the employees across our business have a thirst for learning.

This position is based on a 6-month fixed term basis, with the potential for it to become permanent, and can be based anywhere in the UK.
