Salary: Up to £35,000 + Benefits.
Contract: Full time, permanent.

Return on Investment is an award winning, sales support agency based in Nantwich and with offices in Milton Keynes, Coventry, Crewe and Gothenburg in Sweden. We also have a number of colleagues working in the field or based remotely. We have c.350 staff across the business in a range of different positions, supporting our clients in their business activities. We are currently working a ‘hybrid’ pattern; part of the week will be based within our Milton Keynes office, the remainder from home.
ROI works with key automotive clients and specialises in providing business to business sales support across the UK and Europe. We work with several major businesses including, but not limited to BMW Group, KIA, PSA Groupe, Jaguar Land Rover, Volkswagen Group and Honda.
The Role
We seek a Team Manager to drive the performance of our Polestar project. The team is responsible for sales order co-ordination Globally. The team has multi-lingual capability and is responsible for processing sales orders, verifying information with the sales teams and ensuring orders are placed accurately within the various systems to ensure manufacture and delivery schedules are met.
The key responsibilities include:
• Managing the team to hit the key performance indicators within the project
• Supporting the team with training and development
• Recruitment and onboarding of new staff
• Internal reporting (both activity, performance and insight) to the operations and account managers
• Liaising with internal departments (e.g., IT, HR)
• Performance management / improvement
• Client relationship management: ensuring all objectives are hit and the client is delighted with our work
• Creation, documentation and continuous improvement of processes / procedures
• Personally, hitting the necessary KPIs and targets to contribute to overall team performance.
We are looking for applicants able to demonstrate competence in managing people both from the respect of the administration of the project and motivating the team.
In addition, you should possess:
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire others
• Excellent IT skills: experience of using CRM systems is particularly interesting
• It will help your application to have experience of leading teams / projects whilst working remotely
• Strong personal organisational skills: you should be able to balance your delivery responsibilities with the management of the team.
