Are you looking for an opportunity to join a niche engineering business that can offer you long-term stability even in the current market? They are a leading designer and manufacturer of a cutting-edge range of equipment, used in growing markets such as the electric car market. They have experienced record orders and growth, and they are recognised as one of the most innovative and technically advanced manufacturers globally.

They are looking to recruit an R&D Engineer to join their R&D Team and be part of their effort to lead the way with new technologies. You will be involved in the design and project management of high technology equipment from inception phase through to release into production. As well as designing new systems, you’ll need to help with the upgrading of existing systems for customer requirements as well as to overcome obsolescence.

The Candidate: R&D Engineer

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

Degree qualified in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or associated discipline;
Knowledge of heat transfer / thermal design
Excellent communication and team working skills
A process control background would be beneficial
To be commutable to the office you could live in or near one of the following locations: Woburn, Bletchley, Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard, Newport Pagnell, Olney, Bedford, Northampton, Aylesbury
