The successful Assistant Manager will be joining a growing retailer who have plans to continually open new stores, so the chance for progression is amazing.

Our client offers great products to its customers and consistently delivers an amazing in store experience. We are now looking for an Assistant Manager to joining the company and contribute to this success. We want a retailer who is currently working in a retail management role and can work with others to succeed. You will work closely with the Store Manager but actively support them with recruitment, training, coaching and management decisions.

Key Responsibilities as the Assistant Manager

Provide an amazing service to customers
Work with your team to motivate and inspire them
Be a high energy and enthusiastic!
Manage your team to achieve their KPI's
Take responsibility for stock and stock management

Our client has an excellent salary of up to £28,000 plus bonuses, brilliant benefits and genuine progression.
