You will play an imperative part in the Recruitment process, giving our applicants a positive experience of Securitas, supporting them on their journey and helping to successfully fulfil our vacancies UK wide.

This position is available for immediate start due to new client contract.

First point of contact for all recruitment queries (Managers and candidates)
Work closely with Internal Recruiters ensuring all admin tasks are completed in a timely manner with excellent attention to detail.
Review all CV applications, arrange interviews and gather feedback from managers to progress through to the next stage of the interview process.
Have the opportunity to deliver positive feedback to our successful candidates and welcome them onboard to Securitas

Essential Skills

What you will bring to be a Recruitment Administrator:

Highly articulate, excellent verbal and written English is essential
Good organisation and multi-tasking skills
Able to use Microsoft Office suite
Previous administration experience
Will hold the right to work in the UK and will be able to evidence five years checkable work history
