Job: Customer Services Executive
Location: Marlow
Salary: £24,000 – £26,000
Main Responsibilities:
Our client is looking for a Customer Service Executive to work in their lovely office. The successful candidate will have experience of order processing. You will have proven, telephone-based customer service experience and enjoy offering an excellent level of customer service to your clients. Some of the responsibilities of the role will include
Processing of customer orders
Effective handling of all customer enquiries
Maintaining of customer database with up to date contacts, pricing, delivery information
Timely logging of customer enquiries with details of actions taken
Effective management of complex customer queries/complaints, including timely escalations where required
Effective communication at all levels with internal and external stake holders
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Key Skills:
First class customer service skills Experience:
Previous experience of order processing
SAP experience preferred
