The children, staff and governors of this school are looking for an excellent Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join the team.

You will have experience of supporting learning and teaching in either EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 and will work with us to make learning accessible, irresistible, inclusive and effective for the children in our school. As a HLTA you will be expected to deliver lessons in the absence of the teacher; covering PPA time and sickness in line with requirements of your job description, as well as groups of children as determined by teachers.

You will need to:

• be enthusiastic and highly motivated, with recent experience of leading classes and delivering lessons based on teacher’s planning

• have high expectations for standards of achievement, progress and behaviour

• be an effective team member who is flexible and able to work closely with colleagues

• be an excellent role model.
