Carpenter needed for response repairs on local authority properties.

Responsibilities:

Undertaking general Carpentry repairs (i.e. new doors, window boards etc.).

Other trade related work such as Lock repairs / replacements / tiling / decorating / door replacements and various remedial repairs

Requirements:

Must have all tools for housing repairs – Carpentry

Experience in basic plumbing, patching, tiling, decorating

Full driving license.
