We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager / Logistics Manager to join one of the largest privately owned distributing company for their products. You need to have a proven track record of your experience. This role would suit someone who is looking to grow and develop long term.

Duties

Responsible for dual shift operation of 14 operators and 2 supervisors covering AM and PM work pattern.
Ensure compliance to all internal processes.
Maintain stock accuracy with internal KPI' s.
Manage and oversee goods in and dispatch operation.
Resource planning responsibilities.
Ensure customer returns, supplier returns and specials are processed on time.
Conduct RTW's and absence management.
Manage and co-ordinate daily and annual PI counts.Experience and qualities

MUST live locally ( in High Wycombe) as you need to be prepared to go to the warehouse in case of emergency.
Must drive.
Have fantastic people's skills.
Proven track record of being a warehouse/ logistics manager.
Enthusiastic, driven, proactive, focused.
Persuasive operator.
Management skills.
Detailed knowledge of Microsoft applications.
Experience in Sage.
Background in Lean Six Sigma and 5S methodologies advantageous.Permanent position.

Monday – Friday , 1pm -10pm.

£35k – £40k annual salary.
