Are you an experienced Health and Safety Manager/ Advisor who has HV Electrical Project and CDM experience, and are seeking your next step or new challenge for 2022?

We are currently looking for Health and Safety Managers/ Advisors to join our client’s team across the Midlands.

We are keen to speak with individuals that hold proven experience within the Electrical/ construction sector and are looking for an opportunity to be part of a large-scale utilities project.

Health and Safety Manager/ Advisor Requirements:

Planning, monitoring, reviewing, managing, and aiming to continuously improve health and safety standards.
Proactive management of multiple concurrent projects
Up to date with current legislation, guidance, industry standards and best practices and ensure all projects comply with legal requirements.
Work with project teams to ensure CDM regulations adhered to
Review contractor submissions, RAMS, CPP’s
Assist team with temporary works reviews and requirements
Complete site audits of live sites, and site setup
Lead on Accident and near miss investigation and reporting
Ability to ensure correct standards of installation are achieved
Ensure safety inductions, toolbox talks, training and briefings are conducted regularly
Contribute to project monthly reporting – showing trends on KPI’s and recommendation on improvements or good practice.
Control and management central Safety recording system
Ensure Best practice rolled out across all projects
Contribute to the wider team with specialist H&S advice where required
Co-ordinate with central project management function to ensure projects remain compliant to given standards
Excellent communication skills and good use of IT
Qualifications/ Experience 

Experience is essential for this role
NeBOSH
CDM qualified/ Experience
Full UK Driving License
