Our client is moving in to lovely, modern, newly built offices – and they need a super friendly, lively and vibrant receptionist to be the “face” of their company.
Your responsibilities won’t just stop at reception though. You will also have admin tasks and you will work with the customer service team to provide the link between customers and the contact centre team and help with enquiries.
Of course you will meet customers who come to the reception – but there will also be a wide array of other visitors – including suppliers and potentials employees.
You will also deal with deliveries ensuring they are forwarded to the correct person internally and the incoming and outgoing post including franking.
Other admin duties will include scanning, filing, raising purchase orders etc.
This is a full-time position. Hours of work will be 8.30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday.
