JOB TITLE: Life Safety & Fire Project Manager
LOCATION: Milton Keynes
THE COMPANY: Well Established Fire & Security specialist company. Large range of customers, including Commercial, Domestic & Industrial sites such as Councils, Schools, Universities, Hospitals etc
PACKAGE:
* Up to £50k basic – Depending upon Knowledge / Skillset
* 25 days holidays + 8 days Bank Hols

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Project manage installations on large construction sites
* Deliver projects within budget and on time, up to the value of £1.6m
* Manage engineers, sub-contractors and suppliers as per requirement of projects.
* Site based role
* Communicate and build successful relationships with both customers and employees
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
* Fire / Security Project Management or high level supervisory experience is essential
* Experience of working in a construction based environment preferred
* Fire Alarms, PA/VA experience is essential. Security system experience, along with knowledge / experience with Data is beneficial.
* ECS trade specific card
* SMSTS or equivalent
* Good understanding of standards and regs
* Excellent technical knowledge of products & installation methods
* FIA's – Desirable but not essential
* 18th Edition – Desirable but not essential
* Full UK Driving License
* Be able to pass enhanced Security Screening
