We have a fantastic rewarding opportunity for a Support Administrator to join our incredible client in Amersham. This is a combined role to run the help-desk facility (phone and email support) for both service users and partner organisations as well as provide both administrative and operational support in the office.
The role reports to the Service & Operations Manager, working as part of a small team, to provide an efficient operational service with excellent help-desk support.
This can be a Full Time role or on a Part-Time basis (3-4 days per week).
ROLE:
Providing user and client support for the online platform through email and telephone correspondence as well as carrying out general admin tasks to update the website and CRM system efficiently.
Other tasks will include helping with Gift Aid and donation processing as well as providing a training programme for clients to be able to use the website platform service efficiently.
Marketing mailing campaigns assistance.
Help with organising any rotas, meetings and events as part of day to day operations.
This is a terrific opportunity for a candidate to use their excellent communication skills to engage with users and be comfortable training a wide range of people who may not have a strong technical knowledge of the platform.
Full training will be provided on how to use the platform.

Full Time: Monday – Friday (9:00am – 5:00pm) / Part Time: 3-4 Days per week
£25,000 (Depending on experience and agreed hours)
