As the successful XYZ CNC Machinist, you will experience working for a dynamic and growing business, established for nearly 20years providing full, turnkey manufacturing solutions to a varied and growing client base.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled CNC Machinist looking for a diverse and challenging role where each day is different, providing precision engineering solutions to new challenges on a daily basis, depending on the customers’ requirements.

Duties:

* CNC Milling and CNC Turning

* Programming, Setting and Operating CNC Mills & Lathes (XYZ machines) with Prototrack Siemens controls

* Working from engineering drawings

* Machining various materials from ferrous and non-ferrous to plastics, wood and composites

* Producing small to medium sized batch runs

Skills and Experience:

* CNC Machining – both Milling & Turning

* Programming Setting and Operating XYZ machines

* Able to read engineering drawings

* Supervisory (Foreman) experience in a sub contract engineering environment is desirable.

Hours of Work:

* 40hrs per week

* £14.00 – £17.00 p/hr

* 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

* 8am to 2:30pm, Friday
