Location: Buckinghamshire, hybrid 2 days in the office, 3 at home
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time
Salary/Benefits: £45 – £50k, plus £6k car allowance and 10% bonus.
We are currently looking for an experienced HR Manager to support a dynamic team based in High Wycombe in a stand-alone role.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for providing operational support to the UK team on all HR related queries and managing the full end-to-end employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities of the HR Manager
* Business partner with Local Leadership teams to drive HR priorities, not limited to:
o Change management
o Leadership development
o Rewards and recognition
o Performance management
o Training interventions
o Recruitment and retention
* Lead on enhancing the employee experience
* Use People Analytics to initiate conversations with the local leadership teams and management on areas for development
* Monitor and maintain up-to-date policies
* Partner with team members across the business, including Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain
Skills required for the HR Manager
* Previous experience in a similar role, within a commercial company
* Experience of operating independently at a HR Manager level and partnering with commercial leadership teams
* Proven knowledge of local employment law and immigration rules
