The Role:

The Financial Controller will manage a team and will be responsible for:

-Management and oversight of the accounts functions in alignment with regulations and company policies

-Reporting to and working with Finance Director and Finance Transformation Team to implement and maintain robust processes and controls.

-Ensuring our operational functions are scalable as we continue to grow.

-Managing month end processes for trading sales & revenue, ensuring all items are delivered on time

-Reviewing and commenting on monthly management accounting pack

-Preparation and supervision of Balance Sheet controls, highlighting any risks

-Fixed Assets

-Delivering efficient ways of working, challenge or adapting existing processes and encourage a continual improvement mindset within the team.

-Management and mentor-ship of financial and management accounts teams
-Main point of contact for external auditors

-Oversight of legacy entity ledger run-off and involvement in migration of acquired businesses

Profile:

We are looking for a qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Financial Controller who has managed staff, managed month end management accounts, reporting and transactional processes.

On Offer:

A highly competitive salary and package circa £60,000 – £65,000 plus 30 days leave + BH's, pension, private health with WFH/hybrid working. You must be able to travel to the High Wycombe office as and when required
