If so then this is the perfect role for you!Working with clients within the Public Sector community, helping the unemployed get back to work is a rewarding role. Coupled with great IT skills, Word, Excel and Powerpoint and the ability to put others at ease and assist them in their employment search by helping them with their CV, giving interview advice, providing them with the tools to search job vacancies online. This is a remote based role but travel to communities within the London Borough and wider UK will be required. Full train travel will be fully expensed.

The role will consist of but not limited to:
Planning and facilitating employability workshops for different community groups
Building relationships with key stakeholders including customers and suppliers
Attending schools & colleges careers events
Tracking outcomes of Social Value activities on a Social Value Action Plan
Data collection and analysis eg. Monitoring the number of local workers in placements within the Council
Volunteering in the communityKey skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent presentation technique
High level of competence to interact at all levels
Good understanding of recruitment practices
Genuine desire to help people
Good level of analytical skills
Good level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office365
Strong problem solving and organisational skills
Highly motivated and target focussed
Ability to work to strict deadlines
Experience with telecommunications equipment
Full Clean Driving Licence desirable
