Are you this companies next Paid Search Manager?
We're looking for a Paid Search Manager, to manage and define the paid search strategy, budget, and build strong relationships with key partners.
You'll be working alongside key stakeholders in the business to make sure the paid search strategy is aligned and appropriately executed in line with the overall business objectives. You need a passion for paid search and all things digital to drive this channel.
Responsibilities include:
· Assisting in implementing the paid social strategy across social media networks, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Twitter.
· Managing the monthly budgets across all Paid Social channels to drive efficiency with both brand and trading objectives in mind to deliver traffic, ROI and engagement targets.
· Ensuring efficiency with the latest Paid Social best practices, looking for new opportunities and maximising existing ones.
· Analysing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to make recommendations and adjustments to drive ROI and adhere to targets.
· Collaborating with key stakeholders across departments to support with shared objectives and drive trade in the relevant categories.

You:
We’re looking for high calibre, ambitious candidates from any discipline but you will need to demonstrate that you have strong understanding of Paid Social to really upskill this company’s capabilities in this channel.
To be successful in this role we are looking for someone with the below:
· 2+ years Paid Social experience in-house or within an agency.
· Strong understanding of Paid Social from the day-to-day through to strategy implementation.
· A strong understanding of fast paced digital marketing channels including paid and organic social.
· Experience managing budgets across multiple paid social accounts.
· Experience in using Facebook Ads Manager.
· Strong data analysis skills and a confident Excel user.
· Confidence to present findings to the team.
· A process and detail driven work ethic.
· Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with a range of audiences.
· Experience working in Google Analytics, querying data and problem solving.
