Our market leading client is looking for a Customer Service Executive, with Supply Chain experience, to join their successful team. Within this role you will be managing customer orders, handling order related queries and reporting stock levels. This is a 12 month fixed term maternity cover.

The Role
• Receiving and entering of orders in SAP
• Checking product availability
• Coordination with Material Planning (MP)
• Checking of sales prices
• Check and dispatch of order confirmations
• Create order related documents/certificates
• Handling of samples
• Ongoing fine tuning of forecast (FC) figures in SAP
• Discussing FC figures with customers, Sales, affiliates and agencies
• Defining customer specific stock levels (together with MP and Sales)
• Complaint Management
• Organize returning of goods and replenishment of new goods (Sales/QC decision)
• Issue credit notes (coordinated with Sales)
• Write and send final statement to customer
• Relationship Building
• Build relationships with customers, Account Managers and Supply Chain to ensure clear concise communication
• Understanding customers’ requirements and actively communicating those to Supply Chain
• Visit important customers / coordinated with Sales
• Order tracking
• Follow up of production, QC and logistic dates
• Initiation of corrective actions, if necessary
• Effective communication with customers (e.g. Shipping Dates, delays etc)
• Handling of Free-of-charge orders (ZKLs)

Personal Profile
• Very good verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent listening skills
• Well organised and able to multi-task
• Keen to learn, with a ‘can do, will do’ attitude
• Good Microsoft Office software knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Willingness to identify and communicate process improvements
