Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Membership Team Leader based in Central Milton Keynes for a reputable professional organisation.

Salary: £26,500 per annum
Location: Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time.
Hours: 35 hours working week, Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm

The role…

As the Membership Team Leader your role will involve the following important duties:

Resolve escalated queries and train the team on proficient enquiry methodologies. 
Make recommendations for the Membership service and implement improvements.
Deliver projects within the team for your area/specialism.
Ensure the team meets its targets.
Provide regular management and project status reports.
The experience required…

As a successful Membership Team Leader you will have the following:

Experience managing/leading a team within a Customer Service/Call Centre role.
Excellent Customer Service skills with experience managing and resolving complaints.
Strong time management and organisational skills.
Strong IT skills with proficiency in Word, Excel and CRM systems. 
Project management experience desirable.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
