Part-Time Outbound Caller

Are you experienced in outbound calling, sales, and providing excellent customer service?

This part-time outbound caller position could be the perfect job for you!

This role is office based in Loudwater, Bucks, with the potential for 1 day WFH after training.

Working for a leading medical company, you will be calling patients and and upselling products.

Flexible working hours– 18.75 hours per week either:

* Monday to Friday: 3.75 hours/day between the hours of 9.00am – 6.00pm

* Worked over fewer days between 9.00am and 6.00pm

Job summary:

* Making outbound calls to existing patients

* Managing sample orders

* Guiding patients on product use and offering follow up support

* Meet daily call and sales targets

* Demonstrate your up-selling skills to identify business opportunities

* Increasing retention of patients as a result of your excellent customer service skills

You will need:

* Proven Customer Service background

* Database management skills

* Proven experience of working in a high volume call making environment

* Proven telesales skills

* Proven experience of working to daily and weekly targets

* Excellent telephone manner

* Experience of up-selling

* Proven previous experience of high end Customer Service delivery and relationship building
