We are recruiting for a Work flow Manager to join one of our clients based in Milton Keynes

Ideally the successful candidate will have a background within a high volume/fast moving warehouse/production environment

Duties:

* Monitoring progress of work from beginning of process

* Ensuing KPI's and service levels met

* Trouble shooting and managing any back logs

* Analysis of data Continuous improvement

* Planning staffing levels and work allocation

* Collating reports

Skills & attributes:

* Knowledge of process methodologies such as six sigma

* Used to working with Word, Excel, Sharepoint and Outlook

* Must have excellent interpersonal skills

* A positive approach when faced with challenges
