Electrical Design Engineer

Permanent Staff | Buckinghamshire

The Company
Our client is a world leader specialist Manufacturing company with a fantastic reputation in industry. They are currently seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to design and development of electrical equipment and systems

The Role

The responsibilities are listed below:

· Design and development of electrical equipment and systems, as required by the sales order input, taking into account customer system requirements, specifications and appropriate engineering standards.

· To take ownership of the electrical aspects of projects and provide technical support to the project manager and customer.

· Develop electrical drawings, parts lists, layouts, and manufacturing data, and provide input into enclosure design.

· Adhere to the design control activities within the company quality management system.

· Reviewing legacy equipment in respect of current standards, obsolescence and design.

The Candidate
1. Must be experienced in electrical design and development of equipment and systems
2. HNC/HND/Degree/Apprentice or a qualification in electronic/electrical engineering
3. Good knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical

The Package
The salary offered for this position is £40,000 – £45,000
