Paterson Health and Social Care in Milton Keynes are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their Permanent recruiting desk!

Using your keen communication and sales skills to proactively grow new client accounts within the social care sector, and to develop strong relationships with new clients nationally.

As a Recruitment Consultant at Paterson Health and Social Care, your typical day looks like:

Working with our friendly and experienced team based in our MK office

Gaining detailed understanding of our specialist sectors within the national market

Using your keen communication and sales skills to proactively grow new client accounts

Developing strong relationships with existing and your new clients

Proactively identifying and developing relationships with candidates who are looking for their next career move

Working with candidates to identify their most marketable skills and representing them with your new clients

Using social media and other methods, you’ll keep in touch with your candidates and clients

Working with some of the top brands in the UK market

You’ll be working to ensure that Paterson Health and Social Care is the talent destination of choice

For our Recruitment Consultants we look for people who are genuinely as passionate about growing the Paterson Health and Social Care business as we are. You'll need to be ambitious and driven.

You'll be the sort of person who enjoys expanding your client-base and building professional relationships through new business generation.
