Fawkes and Reece are currently working with a Tier 1 Main Contractor in assisting them with finding a Construction Manager for there new build school project in Milton Keynes.

The project is an extension to a primary school which includes the refurbishment of a new two storey teaching blocks, two storey extension to block a, two storey extension to block b. It will also include hard and soft landscaping works, the project is worth circa £15m.

The contract will last a minimum of 8 months and there's nothing to say if all goes well you won't be offered a permanent position off of the back of it.

Ideally my client has asked for previous experience building schools especially the internals side of things to help with the refurbishment aspect.
