OT/Automation Project Engineer – Digital Shopfloor

Role to be site based in Milton Keynes

Project Background

We are in the process of a implementing a number of OT/Automation projects that are connected to the Digital Shopfloor strategy.

These include :-

* Replacement of UK based Building Management system (BMS)

* Implementation of a UK site based Environmental Management system (EMS)

* Integration of existing & new systems to a global OSI PI implementation (incl. BMS and EMS above)

* Upgrade of existing Rockwell FactoryTalk PCS to latest supported versions

GxP Regulatory assessment has been undertaken and the systems (other than BMS) have been classified as GxP systems and will therefore follow the required compliance and quality controls.

We require a skilled resource to be able to work across these areas :-

*

* Working with existing support teams and business users

* Experience of automation/OT software and hardware

* Ideally experience of pharmaceutical industry

* Experience of SDLC processes

* Completion of compliance documentation, to include :-

* Requirement’s specification

* Design/Configuration specification

* Design Qualification

* System Documentation Index

* Understanding of UAT processes and procedures

* Experience of writing site level Change Requests and requisite documentation

* Support business with updating existing SOP’s, creating new SOP’s (as applicable)

* Understanding of IQ, PQ and OQ processes

Technical Experience

* BMS (Siemens Desigo CC and/or Trend 963 ideally)

* EMS

* Rockwell FactoryTalk

* OSI PI

* Siemens PLC (WinCC)
