Communications Executive (Transformation)

Talented marketing & comms exec wanted!

We have an exciting opportunity here at Scania GB for a talented Communications Executive to join our marketing team, you will champion and have a specific focus on telling the story of our business transformation.

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

Relationship Building – building strong relationships with stakeholders across our network, helping make transformation personal to everyone you engage
Strategic Approach – create, build, and implement a strategy to communicate our transformation journey across the business
Outgoing – the ability to seek out, approach and liaise with individuals across our vast network
Organised – spinning multiple plates at the same time, meeting multiple deadlines, and driving multiple projects simultaneously… a focus and organised approach is necessary
Creative flair – bringing technical information to life, by creating easy to understand material
Attention to detail – the ability to grasp, simplify and present complicated concepts, without losing the detail

Ultimately you will be responsible for shaping and building the story of our transformation journey, focusing on the six key stages within the journey – bringing this information to life for all our employees so they fully understand Scania’s mission and vision for the future.
