PERMANENT NIGHT PORTER – CRANFIELD – £21,000 – £21,500 – Live in option available

Due to the location you will either drive or require the “live in” option.

Working 5 nights out of 7 on a rota basis, hours of work 23:00 – 07:00.

Meals on duty and uniform provided; a choice of government and company pension schemes are also available

Daily duties are likely to involve the following:-

* Working with the team responsible for maintaining standards of guest service overnight

* Front desk customer service in person and on the telephone

* Audit and simple accounting/report production duties

* Security of the building and guest safety

* Late night bar service and simple bar snack food production

* Cleaning and presentation standards of public areas

What we need from you:-

* Have a friendly, welcoming personality with excellent customer service skills

* Own transport OR opt for the “live in” option

* Previous experience within hospitality or similar but must be able to demonstrate previous experience within a face to face customer service environment
