The Role
The Customer Service & Claims Advisor is an additional vacancy within a small dedicated team, providing full a customer care and claims handling service to the Company's UK clients. This will involve:
Responding to Customer queries via 'phone, email or digital platform.
Internal liaison with regional managers, operations, insurers and solicitors to assess response
Processing claims to resolution, including investigation, review and completion
Ensuring all queries are registered on the CRM system
General daily administration and report generationSkills / Experience Required
The Customer Service & Claims Advisor role would suit candidates with experience in the Insurance, Engineering, Automotive or Finance sectors.
You'll also have solid experience of handling Customer complaints to resolution and be an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing.
Knowledge of service software/CRM systems such as Zendesk would be ideal, with good MS Office skills.
