PERMANENT RECEPTIONIST – CRANFIELD – £21,000 – £21,250 + live in option

On a daily basis you will be involved in the following daily duties:

* Provide 1st class service on the reception

* Meeting and greeting visitors in a welcoming manner

* Dealing with incoming calls and face to face enquires regarding reservations, amendments and cancellations

* To ensure that all information is accurate and charges relating to customers are assigned to accounts correctly

* General administration whilst assisting the administration team

What we need from you:-

* To work 5 days out of 7, shifts will be 7am – 3pm and 3pm – 11pm

* Previous reception or customer facing experience

* Excellent presentation and communication skills
