We have a Production based opportunity to work within a busy manufacturing company.

The Machine Operation Technician role is based in the Milton Keynes area and an interview and start will be granted quickly for the right person
 
The Machine Technician Role:

This role would suit someone with a background in the operation of production machinery and ideally the changing of tooling and loading of materials.

Basic tasks will include:

– Control Mixing, melting, cooling and drying of product through a Manufacturing process.
– Assist with Packing completed production
– Reporting any machinery issues to production management / Engineering to ensure swift rectification
– Always work within company and best practice health and safety standards
– Liaise with production and planning team to understand production requirements and targets.  

The Machine Operation Technician Candidate:

– Whilst training will be provided candidates must have some relevant experience gained from a production / Manufacturing environment within a similar role.

– Licence to drive Counter balance fork lift truck (with a refresh in the last five years) 

– Positive approach to work and good communications
 
Shift Pattern:

4 Days on 4 Days off (days and nights) 12 hours.
 
Benefits:

Salary: £33,000 – £35,000 (including shift allowance)
Holiday: 25 x 12 hour shifts
6 – 12% pension depending on age and length of service.
