The role:

This is a 360-recruitment role where you will be tasked with converting new business and managing the entire recruitment from start to completion.
All new business leads are inbound, with no outbound cold calling required!
You'll be tasked with proactively searching for suitable candidates, ensuring that they hit the brief of our clients.
Liaising with our clients and candidates to arrange interviews, ensuring that they are fully prepared for them.
A generous commission structure compliments a fantastic role, where all training and developed will be provided in office.What is in it for you?

You should realistically earn £20K to £40K above your basic salary in your first year!

Previous experience working in a corporate environment, ideally in a Recruitment or Telesales role, but that is not essential, all corporate backgrounds will be considered.
A willingness to throw yourself into a new role, with a desire to develop and progress within a rapidly growing company.
