Head of Operations – The Role

In this role you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high quality person-centred outcomes within three distinct services offering a diverse range of bespoke provisions.

Each home is led by a Registered Manager and the School is led by a Head of Education. Additional support is provided by a team of best practice specialists including Intensive Interaction, Positive Behaviour Support and Health. There is also a transition programme that works to support personalised transitions for young people to adulthood, working with their adult services division to ensure they are able to offer a solution to every young person in transition. These specialists support with developing learning pathways and building resilience for staff. Their technical skills and competencies

Head of Operations – The Schools

Buckinghamshire is a residential special school for children and young people aged 10-19. It is open for 52 weeks a year with an academic year of 40 weeks. The School offers residential and educational provision for children and young people who experience difficulties arising from: severe learning disabilities, profound learning disabilities, ASD, and challenging behaviour. There are three residential houses on the campus where children and young people live in a stable, secure and supportive environment where they can reach their full potential.

Bedfordshire provides support for children aged 14 19 in a smaller group setting who have their education and therapeutic support fully met.

Hertfordshire provides support for up to six young people, including one emergency placement.
