Position: Junior Electronics Engineer

Salary: Up to £40,000

Location of office: High Wycombe

Location of work: WFH Hybrid model

The role: A new position has now been created for a Junior Electronics Engineer to join my SME sized client in the High Wycombe area. This is an exciting time for my client as they embark on brand new product developments in the green energy and sustainability sector. This role has been created due to growth and there is an interesting design project awaiting the successful Electronics Engineer.

The ideal Electronics Engineer will be degree qualified and have 2/3 years industry experience in a hands-on design focussed role. You will be comfortable designing both analogue and digital circuits, have experience designing multilayer PCBs. Any experience with mains grid inverters, battery charging, or battery storage management would really make your CV stand out.

In this role you will be joining a multidisciplinary team and should expect to contribute to the full design life cycle whilst working closely with other design engineers and your main focus will be the design, development, implementation and testing of new electronic devices. This role will best suit an all-round Electronics Engineer who enjoys plenty of variety in their role and the challenge of designing new complex, green energy systems that will improve the future for generations to come.

Analogue and digital circuit design
Multilayer PCB design and layout
Schematic capture
Degree qualification within an electronics related subjectDesirable skills and experience:

Embedded C programming
