Our client, a well-established company specialising in ITech goods are seeking a Customer Service Administrator.

Have you an interest in Technology
Do you have strong customer service skills and are proud to deliver an excellent service?
Do you have experience selling on eBay? If you have answered yes, we may have the role for you.

Working within a friendly team, you will be responsible for customer calls both inbound and outbound. Other duties will include dealing with queries, setting up new customers and maintaining the customer database. You will list items for sale and process orders as well as liaising with couriers and customer to organise collections and deliveries.

The role is 9-5 and is office based.

In return you will be receiving a basic salary of £22k with a very achievable OTE of £32k. You will have on site parking, company pension, lunch provided once a week and your birthday off !!
