Overview:

Kenna Recruitment are representing a renowned a developer, based in the High Wycombe who are in the market for an experienced site manager to join their team. This project has 12 months remaining and is valued at £100 million, be working directly underneath the Senior Site Manager on a day rate up to £300.

About the role:

You’ll be liaising with the Senior Site Manager giving regular updates on progression and where they’re at with deadlines, also be responsible for ensuring the sub-contractors are doing the job correctly/safely and on time, meeting the project programme whilst making sure the project is being delivered to the high standard the client expects.

Responsibilities:

* Making sure the project is delivered safely through

* Work is done in the highest standard

* Providing regular updates

* Meet deadlines

* Provide regular updates to Senior site managers

Requirements:

* CSCS

* First aid cert

* Experience being no.1 manager

* Experience working with projects over £50 million in value
