This Ofsted governed childcare organisation is looking to recruit a Part-time HR Administrator, on a 3-month fixed term contract, who can support them with their admin and compliance checks.
Working on a 15- 20 hours per week basis – days to suit the individual – you will be reporting to the Company Directors and would take responsibility for the following:
* Ensuring all current staff have 2 references, a DBS and have completed their inductions and associated paperwork.
* Assisting with the recruitment of new permanent and temporary staff.
* Managing and completing all new applications (references/ checks/ DBS etc).
* Ensuring completion and organisation of all dates on the Single Central Record for Ofsted -chasing staff for certificates and proof of training and ensuring appraisals are up to date.
* General office admin
If you are proactive, highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to cope with a flexible workload then this could be the role for you.
This is a 3-month fixed term contract and is office based working a 15 – 20-hour week with hours to suit you. The salary on offer is £20,000 – £25,000 pro-rata. As the role grows further hours would be considered if you wanted to take more hours on
