We are recruiting talented individuals to join the team as Customer Service Advisors at our client's head office in Milton Keynes. The salary for this position is up to £21,500 + 15% bonus once per year – (OTE £24,725)

Job Specification
Your role as a Customer Service Advisor will be focused on:
Handle all customer queries (phone and email) efficiently and effectively each day and deliver an exceptional customer experience
Handling calls to resolution following company call standards – Averaging 30 calls per day off-peak increasing to 60-80 calls per day during peak
Accurately record all customer complaints on the internal company database
Investigate, resolve and close to both the customers and company’s satisfaction in the agreed timescales
Ownership and accountability to the performance of your customers and cluster
Outbound calls to customers to clarify any order queries
Organisation of Inbound email mailboxes and distribution to customer Queries
Ensure accuracy of order processing
Make Outbound TLC customer care calls to ensure continuous improvement of service levels
Thorough personal performance contribution to individual and team results in line with the departmental KPI’s
Build key professional working relationships with customers
Manage any supply or delivery issues to ensure targets is achieved
Create and maintain professional working relationships, in particular ensuring close communication with Field Sales on all account management matters
Contribute to and maintain all the systems, procedures and practices which support the sales and customer service function
Record all customer complaints on the Complaint Notification systems
Monitor and evaluate personal performance to enhance individual / team results in line with departmental KPIs
Complete Monthly one to one performance reviews with Line Managers Person Specification
You'll be experienced working in a customer service environment ideally within a manufacturing/logistics or similar industry. You'll enjoy going over and beyond what's required, building lasting relationships and becoming an expert in your field. To be successful, you’ll have an excellent telephone manner and be able to think quickly and be adaptable where necessary.
Essential Skills
Previous experience of working in a customer service role
Previous experience of handling inbound / outbound calls
Self Motivated and Courteous with a good telephone manner
Experience of working within a busy, fast paced and demanding environment with the ability to work accurately within strict timescales
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
Strong administrative capabilities
Keen eye for detail with the ability to spot errors
Ability to Handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently
Computer literate
Resilience
Confidence
Willingness and openness to learning new skills
Proven ability to work effectively both in a team environment and independently Desirable Skills
Previous experience of working within a customer service environment within the manufacturing or similar industry
Experience of sales order processing
Knowledge of SAP & CRM systems
Knowledge of products related to the roofing industry would be advantageous Benefits

Working Hours
You'll be working a shift between the hours of 7.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. There are 3 shift patterns:
7.30am – 4.30pm
8.00am – 5.00pm
8.30am – 5.30pm Note: Our client is currently operating on the 8.00am – 5.00pm shift only but this is subject to change.
