We have a number of long-term temporary bookings for a Customer Service Administrator working for a prestigious company in Milton Keynes. 80% telephone / 20% admin.
These roles are working from home right now until restrictions ease then you’ll be based in the lovely offices in Tongwell.
(Working in a regulated environment background checks are required (DBS & Credit Check)).
To be successful in the role you’ll need strong call handling skills and have the ability to multi-task. Working in a busy environment you’ll also be handling emails, in addition to in-bound and out-bound calls. This role is 80% telephone based (the majority of calls are in-bound) and 20% administration.
