Customer Care Executives (6 month FTC)
£22,000
Monday to Friday
9am-5.30pm
37.5 hours per week
3 days working from home and 2 days in the office (laptop provided)
Our ftse 100 client is seeking several Customer Care Executives to act as the first point of contact for their Customer Care Team. You’ll be part of a team who are genuinely enthusiastic about helping customers with a wide range of queries by offering a consistently efficient and timely service, ensuring customers feel valued.
The role will involve taking a high number of inbound calls and using you initiative as to where to direct them to as part of this triage service.
The Person will…
Have fantastic customer service skills and be upbeat and engaging on every interaction
Be confident speaking with different people to build strong rapport and manage expectations
Able to work on own initiative
Be empathetic to customers’ needs and expectations
Have solid IT skills including Excel, Word and ideally CRM databases
