Our client is a national developer / contractor undertaking major new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country.

They now require an Infrastructure Project Manager on a permanent basis. The position will be based on a large mixed use residential development in Milton Keynes.

The role will require you to act as a client side project manager for the infrastructure phase. The role will give you accountability for the successful delivery of the works alongside the commercial and technical departments.

The project is a 4,500 unit housing development with various commercial, retail and 3nr school elements.

Our client is seeking someone who has significant experience within a residential developer or main contractor delivering infrastructure. Experience of collaborative working contracts such as NEC4. Experience of delivering bulk earthworks, on & off site utilities, highways, structures; including bridge installations.

In return, our client is offering a basic salary of £100k + full package and bonus on top
