Mechanical Project Engineer / Manager (Buildng Services)

* £375 Day Rate / £75k
This Client has proven resistance having delivered key projects during a testing 2020. They did not make any redundancies, remained active and continued to deliver projects within Healthcare and Commercial.
Reporting to the Project Manager on a £12m fit out, you will be a Mechanical Building Services Project Engineer who will act as a number 2 overseeing all Mechanical aspects on site whilst occasionally playing a Project Management role.
You should demonstrate a stable employment history demonstrating the assistance / delivery of Projects circa. £5m. You can be paid a Day Rate (Limited Company) or a salary (PAYE).
This role is expected to last until the end of 2022 with completion due March 2023 so there could be further involvement to play within the Commissioning phase. There are also 2 floors that are likely to be awarded so the Project could continue well into 2024.
There are also other secured Projects in North and Central London that you could move on to with other works likely to start later in the year
