Mental Health Practitioner – Older Adults CMHT – Buckinghamshire – £28 to £40 per hour

An exciting opportunity for a Mental Health practitioner (Band 6) with community experience has come up to join the Older Adults Community Mental Health Team for our client in Buckinghamshire.

The role will involve care coordination
To undertake care act assessments
Be an active member of the CMHT.
Deliver effective care and treatment that is carried out within a multidisciplinary framework and in collaboration with other agencies.
Ensuring compliance with your responsibilities as laid out in the council's equal opportunity policy and take an active role in promoting equality and diversity.Essential requirements:
Social Work england or valid NMC registration
Eligible to work in the UK
Hold a full UK licence
Post-qualified experience
