Customer Advisor (Hybrid working) Salary: £22,000 per annum
Monday to Friday (Monday and Friday from Home)
9am-5:30pm
37.5 hours per week
Hybrid working – must be based in Milton Keynes area to attend office
Our client is seeking several Customer Security Specialist’s to work on a project to support their Customer care team over a 3-6 month period.
This position will involve a mixture of home and office-based working, and applicants MUST be available to begin work on Monday 14th February.
We are seeking confident individuals who are happy to be on the phone and would have had exposure to outbound calling.
The job will involve…
Making outbound calls to add users to the company data base via a 2 factor authentication and following security protocols.
Verifying details over the phone in line with GDPR
Recording accurate and up to date customer information from outbound calls
Adding new users to the company’s system
Providing basic technical support (no experience required, you will be taught everything you will need to know)
The Person will…
Have experienced working within customer service
Have strong written and verbal communication skills
Be a confident and clear communicator that enjoys interaction with customers
Be comfortable asking for help and/or advice if required
Be accurate and methodical with excellent attention to detail
Have experience dealing with challenging conversations in a professional manner
