Fawkes & Reece are working with a leading UK House builder, in assisting them with recruiting of a Externals Senior Site Manager for their large residential development in Marlow.

The site consists of several hundred traditional build houses and apartments and we are looking for someone to oversee the groundworks, brickwork, 278 works , logistics, materials storage and the planning for future phases.

You will be reporting into Project Manager and will be involved in the training of a Site Manager.

In order to be considered you must have a minimum of 5 years experience at a leading developer or main contractor.

You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Cert and will be a Permanent role. Start date is immediately.
