Fawkes & Reece are working with a leading UK House builder, in assisting them with recruiting of a Senior Site Manager for their large residential development in Milton Keynes.

The site consists of several hundred traditional build houses.

As no1 Senior Site Manager you will run several phases with a team of site managers reporting into you. You will also be responsible for the infrastructure on the development.

In order to be considered you must have a minimum of 5 years experience at a leading developer or main contractor.

You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Cert and will be a Permanent role. Start date is immediately.
