We currently have a vacancy for an Administrator within the Fleet Department. The role is for an initial one-year fixed term contract.
Administrator (Fleet)
Location: Stocklake, Aylesbury
Contract: One Year Fixed Term Contract
Hours: 19-hour week, Part time
Salary: £10,945 – £11,218 per annum pro-rata (£21,314 – £21,847 per annum full time equivalent)

Working Hours:
Monday/Tuesday – Workshops 08:30-17:00 hrs
Wednesday – Reception 08:30-12:30 hrs
This role will support the delivery of an effective and efficient Fleet Management. Accurately record, maintain, and monitor the data entered on the fleet system, produce periodic reports from fleet management and fuel management systems, as well as other administration duties. It will also include a half day working on the main reception. The key to this role is flexibility, working within a busy and changeable environment, whilst maintaining a professional, can-do attitude.
You will have worked previously in an administration and reception capacity, achieving tight deadlines, whilst meeting and greeting visitors in a professional manner.
You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise, often within a pressurised environment. You will also be efficient in Microsoft Office packages and be able to use a switchboard.
