Executive Assistant

Temporary to Permanent

Milton Keynes

35 hours per week

£28,000 to £30,000 per annum DOE

My client is looking for an experienced EA to provide comprehensive PA support to the Chief Executive, plus support to the Chairman and liaison with Trustees. Providing a link between the Senior Management Team to ensure good communication in all areas.

Key Accountabilities:

Provide administrative support to the Chief Executive CE
Screen (and handle where appropriate) all calls and visits to the CE
Check all correspondence and prepare replies (including complaints); liaise with key stakeholders and arrange formal and informal visits, as necessary and carry out ad-hoc projects/tasks as required
Minute taking for weekly committee meetings
Coordinate all Company Secretarial and Corporate Governance activities including minuting of Council of Management and Sub-Committee Meetings
Liaise with the Senior Management Team, arranging 1-1s, appraisals and 6-monthly reviews in a timely manner, plus ensuring that good communication exists with the CE.
Offer a proactive secretarial service to the Chairman, drafting letters and documents for signature etc.
Manage and coordinate the complaints process.
Coordinate and manage the schedule of Trustee Committee meetings throughout the yearRole advertised: 3rd February 2022
